Well, the day started off pretty well. My favorite team of them all, Bayern Munich, won 2-1 this morning. Pretty boring game, but they did what they had to do against a team that they had to beat. Only 6 points out of first place now, so they'll keep fighting until they get to the #1 spot, where they belong.
Then I made my way up to the TD Bank Sports Center to watch our Bobcats take on Bentley. We won 3-2 in OT. It was pretty lucky. I felt like Bentley outplayed us for a while, but I'll take the win. A win is a win, and the 3-0 start for QU hockey is the first since 1998.

USC beat Notre Dame today as well. I was pumped. It got pretty close in the end, but SC pulled it out. FIGHT ON!

The Ducks were crushed today at home by the St. Louis Blues. 5-0 was the final. The Ducks never had a chance.

The Angels - Yankees game was one for the ages. It was a great game, but the final score wasn't really what I was hoping for. Not quite sure what Izturis was thinking there for the final play of the game. All he has to do is go to 1st base with it, and the game goes on. I was pretty disappointed in the end. Still am. I was really hoping the Angels could steal on in New York. This is one of those losses that can kill a team, so let's hope the leaders on the team get this team fired up again for 3 games at home.

And Happy Birthday to my sister Patricia. She's in Africa right now, and I haven't heard from her in a while. I hope she's fine. I miss her and cant wait to see her when i go home for thanksgiving.
