Is Los Angeles finally going to have a NFL team again?

I read an article on CBS sports today saying that Gov. Schwarzenegger has signed a bill to allow a 75,000 seat football arena to be built in the LA area. Here's the link:

7 current NFL teams are on the list of teams that may be asked to move to LA:  Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, St. Louis Rams, San Fransisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers, and Oakland Raiders.

This would be great. I think LA need a football team. What do you all think about this idea?
